We will provide you with the core concepts and skills you need to develop, implement, and complete organizational transition plans. You will learn what to do and when to do it in order to successfully complete organizational transitions. The primary focus of the course will be on diagnosing and resolving the psychological and organizational factors behind resistance to change. Attention will also be given to special problems that can arise when rolling out new information systems, and solutions to those problems.
