Component Based
Analysis Using UML
Overview
|
Course 325
- 3 Days
|
On many projects there is a feverish rush to start coding
as quickly as possible. The typical end result is a brittle
system, that is difficult to maintain, and doesn't do what
the users thought it would. If it seems as if some steps
must have been skipped, then you're correct. There is a
better way.
Our 3-day workshop will teach you how to use UML to produce
a robust analysis model organized around business components
and objects. Our comprehensive approach is based on current
methodologies tempered with real-world experience. We present
this with examples from real projects.
We will present Analysis and Design as part of an integrated
Software Development Process. You will learn about the artifacts
that need to be produced, the relationships between the
artifacts, and the activities necessary to produce the artifacts.
This will be reinforced by realistic exercises that will
drive home the lessons learned.
