Applying Business Architecture

Outline
Course 432 - 2 Days

This workshop explains the rationale behind Business Architecture. It defines what Business Architecture is in terms of artifacts, and presents the modeling activates that produce these artifacts. Then, we will explore the interdependencies of the Business Architecture view and the other Enterprise Architecture views (Application, Information, etc). Business Architecture modeling is a big undertaking with known associated risks: scope creep, getting the right level of detail, etc. The workshop identifies these risks and provides best practices for risk management.
