 Senior
Systems/Business Analyst (Job Code EE380)
We have immediate openings for experienced Business Analysts
who will be responsible for communicating with end users,
managers and IT professionals to gather and communicate business
and system requirements. Experience with UML and RUP is a
must.
The following skills are mandatory for all candidates:
- Ability to communicate and interact with people in a consulting
capacity through group presentations and written documentation
- Ability to document process flows of current and proposed
business functionality through Use Cases
- Gather functional and technical business process & software
app requirements
- Conduct JAD sessions
- Develop Use Cases
- Provide knowledge transfer and training during application
deployment
- Experience with the full SDLC
We are interested in individuals who value their integrity

who have experience with Rational Rose, UML and Use Cases
will be considered. You should be ready to travel at least
75% of the time. Your home base can be anywhere in the US.

GUI
Development Guru (Job Code Z348)
If you have at least 5--6 years of GUI Design and Implementation
and several years experience mentoring other developers, keep
reading. We are looking for a high-level GUI development consultant
with experience performing usability analysis and developing
HTML GUI's. Experience with Use Case and/or Object Modeling
is also an almost must.

Object-Oriented
Analysis and Design Consultant and Mentor (Job Code T830)
Do you enjoy mentoring people in use case modeling and OO
analysis? If you also enjoy reviewing use case and OOA models
and helping in the development and publication of client standards
and guidelines, then keep reading. We are looking for an experienced
mentor with at least four solid years of modeling for OO development
behind you. Experience with Rational Rose is a definite requirement,
while RDBMS experience is nice to have. Internet application
development experience would set you apart from the rest.
